The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) released a notice this morning that the rankings for the 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Applications in response to the 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) will be delayed from June 18, 2010 until July 9, 2010 because of the “delay in Federal housing funding notifications.”
