Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Developments in DelawareDelaware’s 2010 Equity Notice for the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP)

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) released its equity notice for the 2010 State of Delaware Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).  According to the notice (attached below), DSHA will be using $0.60 when underwriting tax credit applications during Delaware’s 2010 tax credit round for financial feasibility.  The calculation will be done without making use of the 30% eligible basis boost.
