Max Timmons, my intern for the Summer while he is on break from the University of Delaware, has been helping out in many ways, including research for blog posts.  We have been contacted by many people wanting more information on the Re-Rankings because those contacting us feel it is unusual for an agency to retract and re-rank applications.  Max has been composing a list of questions for the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) about the re-ranking and looks forward to posting DSHA’s response on this blog.  As of now, the re-rankings have not been released, but we anticipate them sometime today or early next week based on the previous e-mail from the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA).  When Max receives a response to his inquiries, we will post them as well.
