The 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application results are in. The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) chose to award only three of the five applicants for total requests of $3,000,000.
All three projects were under the Family distinction. They are:

(1) Pennrose, LLC on behalf of Riverside Housing Partnership I, LLC for a 74 unit deal in Wilmington awarded $1,000,000 in LIHTC. This applicant’s project category distinctions are also: For Profit, New Creation, and New Construction.

(2) Compton Towne Preservation Associates, LLC for a 75 unit deal in Wilmington awarded $1,000,000 in LIHTC. This applicant’s project category distinctions are: For-Profit, Rehabilitation, Section 8, and Preservation.

(3) Diamond and Associates/ Connections CSP for a 53 unit deal in Laurel awarded $1,000,000 in LIHTC. This applicant’s project category distinctions are: Acquisition/ Rehabilitation, Preservation, and Artist Preference.
