Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Developments in DelawareDelaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Public Hearing Date

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has officially noticed the final 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Public Hearing Date for Friday, December 17, 2010.  It will be at 9:30 AM at the Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control’s (DNREC), Auditorium located at 89 Kings Highway, Dover, Delaware.  The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) sets forth the conditions upon which Delaware’s share of the IRS low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) will be allocated to affordable housing developers.  After the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is finalized, it will go to Governor Jack Markell for final approval.
