REMINDER- Applicants have until 3:00 p.m. April 15, 2011 to apply to the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). According to the Delaware State housing Authority (DSHA), it has “spurred the development of more than 7,700 affordable rental housing units throughout Delaware.”
