The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) provided an update on the status of the 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) today, which provides the basis for the allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) hopes to have comments out this week and the approval of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) next week.
