The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) released its final 2011 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) rankings from the 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).  You can see them here: 2011 LIHTC Rankings Dec 2011.  With one project returning its Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) funded additional projects for a total of six (6) affordable housing projects funded this year.
