The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) web based online application for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) is available here.  As you know, when completing the application, you should reference the approved 2014 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) which provides the framework for the manner in which low income housing tax credits will be awarded by DSHA.  In addition, at this link you will find all the attachments and exhibits required for the application.

Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) are an important and critical financing tool that help provide quality affordable housing to qualifying low and moderate income tenants.

Applications will be accepted until 3:00 PM on April 30, 2014 (the “DEADLINE”).
