The applications for affordable housing loans from the Delaware State Housing Authority’s (DSHA’s) Housing Development Fund (HDF) were due today. Due to the inclement weather which literally shut-down the State of Delaware most of last week, the Delaware State Housing Authority is extending the deadline to 4:00 PM on February 19th.
