Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Developments in DelawareLow Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Has Been Approved

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) announced the 2012 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been approved and is effective as of January 3, 2012.  The application process is now open and submissions for the 2012 LIHTC application cycle will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on April 13, 2012 at 18 The Green, Dover, DE 19901.  All QAP documents can be found at the link below:

Later this month, a separate notice will be sent on the LIHTC Web-based application availability.
