Marylou comes to The Danneman Firm after numerous years at a nationally ranked law firm where she assisted in preparing corporate filings. Her skill sets include managing corporate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting complex document production and case management processes.
Marylou earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude from the University of Delaware, where she also minored in Political Science and Sociology. She holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from the University of Delaware and maintains active certification as a Notary Public.
