The Preliminary Reservation Awards for the 2018 Low Income Tax Credits (LIHTC) were posted on the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) website.
As predicted, being one of the fewer than average applicants this year paid off, with every applicant for 2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credits having been awarded funding.
There were six total applications that competed and straddled various types of projects. The project distinctions included: three in the Non-Profit category; two in the Elderly category; four projects for Preservation, and five for Rehabilitation. Four projects fell under the Family category and one was categorized as a New Creation project.
