The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) has extended the deadline for submittal of applications to its Multi-Family Construction Financing Program. Applications are now due at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 31, 2010. In addition, the SEU would like to clarify that NO FEE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. A 2% fee is due at closing, which may be capitalized as part of the construction financing. Please download and review the revised application documents (link below).
