Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility
NOTICE

The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) is offering construction financing opportunities to encourage developers to design for maximum energy efficiencies in the construction/rehabilitation of their multi-family buildings in Delaware.  At this time, the SEU is accepting applications for construction financing in amounts up to $1,000,000 per project, but no more than 20% of the total development costs, for those projects that are also applying for 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Housing Development Fund financing from the Delaware State Housing Authority.  A total of $2,000,000 up to $5,000,000 will be available for this program.
