Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Developments in DelawareDelaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) RECALLS 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Rankings

July 21, 2010by George Danneman

An e-mail just went out recalling the 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Rankings from the Delaware Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) by the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA).  The e-mail states the rankings will be re-posted “within the next few days.”  When they are re-posted, I will post them again on this blog with a new summary.

The e-mail reads as follows:

“Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has recently received information regarding our ranking and after further review, DSHA is recalling the 2010 LIHTC ranking.  DSHA will be re-posting the revised ranking within the next few days.”
