Senior Counsel
Danielle brings her “big firm” legal experience to The Danneman Firm. She focuses her practice on representing real estate investment firms, small businesses, investors, corporate clients, and clients from all types of real estate transactions – from acquisition, operation and management, to disposition. She is experienced in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, investments, joint ventures, legal due diligence and acquisition, property management and leasing, structured finance, and title and survey analysis.
Danielle served on the Breastcancer.org Board and the Montgomery Early Learning Centers Board.
