Governor Jack Markell signed the 2011 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which will be effective January 25, 2011.
The new deadline to submit 2011 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) applications has been changed to April 15, 2011 by 3:00 p.m. and the number of original applications required to be filed with the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has been reduced from three to two. The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) will notify sponsors of their rankings on June 17, 2011.
