David Layfield, Principal of Green Street Housing and Board Member of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) appeared on Comcast’s Newsmakers for Delaware and discussed the benefits and importance of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program administered locally by the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA).  He also highlighted the affordable housing industry concern that tax reform in Washington, DC could impact this successful and vital program.
