The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the following final FY 2011 block grant allocations totaling 5.4 billion, of which Delaware is receiving $12,454,159:

- $1.6 billion in HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funding (reduced 11.7% compared to FY 2010);

- Delaware State Program- $3,001,118
- $298 million for Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA); and
- Dover- $0
- Wilmington- $686,951

- $160 million in Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funding;
