The Council on Housing (COH) held its monthly meeting on 2/9/2011 at Liberty Court Community Building in Dover, Delaware.  Tom McGonigle, the Chief of Staff to Governor Jack Markell, was present and participated in the meeting.  He highlighted that Governor’s Markell’s administration has been working hard to make fiscally responsible decisions to get Delaware through this rough economy.  In particular, Delaware is one of eight states that has maintained a AAA rating with the rating agencies.  On this note, New Jersey’s rating was downgraded this week from AA to AA-.
