The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and Delaware Money School have teamed up to present Delaware’s First Homebuyer Fair on Saturday, May 14, 2011, 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana Hotel located at 100 Continental Drive, Newark, Delaware.
The Homebuyer Fair is free and offers seminars covering the Delaware State Housing Authority’s (DSHA) First Homebuyers Programs, strategies for finding and negotiating on prospective properties, credit, budgeting and personal finance, and the value of a home inspection.
