The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) sent out an e-mail requesting those Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Applicants for either 4% or 9% tax credits also seeking Housing Development Fund (HDF) financing to submit a request as soon as possible to the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) to allow DSHA time to provide applicants the financing letter for inclusion in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Applications.

As an additional reminder, the applications are due on or before 3:00 PM on April 30, 2014.
