The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) updated the 2011 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application List in response to this years Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) to also include the amount of Housing Development Fund (HDF) financing requested by each applicant. This change was a result of the  public comment and response process for the 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) which was briefly discussed in this post.
