The Homeless Planning Council of Delaware, Inc. (HPC) announced the availability of $300,557 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Competition.  The funds are for permanent housing projects that meet standards of permanent supportive housing, shelter plus care, and/or Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation for Single Room Occupancy.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Service Building, Room 6 located at 100 West 10th Street, Wilmington, DE.  Applications are due on October 7, 2011 by 1:00 p.m.
